This website, iEmpty, allows you to organize the applications of your iOS device the way you want, by placing your app icons anywhere on your iPhone wallpaper (works also with iPad).
Indeed, in iOS, all icons are sticked one after the other on the homescreen grid, you can't separate them. So iEmpty introduces invisible icons where you want to put the other app icons where you want.
In this page you can upload your homescreen screenshot (without any application icons on it) so iEmpty can compute your blank icons that perfectly mimics your wallpaper.
